Affiliate Program Terms

You earn 20% of every membership payment made by a member you refer, including renewals, for as long as they remain a paying member. Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, after discounts and excluding taxes.

• A referral counts when someone creates a CHOSEN account within 90 days of clicking your link.
• The most recent affiliate link clicked before sign-up receives credit. Once an account is linked, it stays linked.
• Self-referrals, referrals of your own accounts, and referrals using your own email are not eligible.

• Commissions are held for 30 days to allow for refunds, then become available for payout.
• Payouts are sent manually by PayPal, Venmo or check using the details in your affiliate dashboard.
• Refunded or charged-back payments reverse the related commission.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We may request tax information (such as a W-9) before paying.

• No spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading claims about CHOSEN, matches, or outcomes.
• No paid search ads bidding on the CHOSEN name or confusingly similar terms.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly, as required by FTC guidelines.
• Fraud, fake accounts, or abuse result in suspension, forfeiture of unpaid commission, and removal.

We may update these terms or end the program with notice. Either party may end participation at any time; earned, valid commissions past their hold period will be paid. These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon. Questions: hello@choosehigherlove.com.
